Interpretation

Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined below. The following definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • Company (“clear_pixel VR”, “we”, “us”, or “our”): clear_pixel VR Ltd, the creator and publisher of the VR Micropipette Training Application.
  • Application (or App): VR Micropipette Training, the virtual reality training software developed by clear_pixel VR.

  • Service: the App and the Site, collectively.
  • Device: any equipment that can access the Service, such as a computer, mobile device, or virtual reality headset.

Data Collection

The App does not collect, store, share, or process any Personal Data from users.

  • No user accounts are created or stored.
  • No analytics, tracking, or performance data are collected.
  • No personal identifiers or headset usage data are transmitted to the Company or any third party.

The App runs entirely on the user’s Device. All training activity remains local to the headset and is not accessible by the Company.

Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or external services that collect or process Personal Data.

Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13 years of age.
